Armed Forces Foil Houthi Militia Infiltration Attempt on Hayjat Al-Abd Road and Deploy Across Hayfan Front

The Yemeni Armed Forces repelled Houthi terrorist militia elements that had infiltrated to key road, Hayjat Al-Abd, linking the cities of Taiz and Aden.

Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Col. Majed Al-Nuzaili said the Armed Forces thwarted a Houthi terrorist militia attack on Al-Ahkoum area in Hayfan District, Taiz Governorate, inflicting dozens of casualties and destroying the militia’s weapons.

Col. Al-Nuzaili said the Houthi elements suffered human losses that forced them to withdraw immediately, preventing them from making any advance.

He added that the Yemeni Armed Forces, backed by the Popular Resistance, have deployed across the entire Hayfan front.
