The Armed Forces, backed by the Popular Resistance, seized several positions held by the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia following an offensive launched over the past few hours.

A military source told September Net that forces from the Taiz Military Axis, supported by the Popular Resistance, fought fierce battles and recaptured Alnaidani village and Sha’ab Al-Sarari. They also regained large areas of the Sanamat sub-district and Rebat Al-Qarn area in Thee Al-Barh.

Fighting is still underway on the Saber front, while armed forces continue to lay siege to the entrance to Al-Sarari, the source said.

The source added that the clashes across various fronts over the past few hours left 37 Houthi militia members killed and wounded.

Meanwhile, Armed Forces artillery units struck militia positions on the eastern, western and northern fronts of the city with several shells that hit their targets accurately.
