$18.4 million allocated to Yemen

World Food Program (WFP) in Middle East and North Africa announced that it has allocated $18.4 million of Japan’s contributions to help alleviating the suffering of Yemeni peoples.
It is important to mention that the Japanese government provided the WFP with above $36 million to offer food assistance to seven countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
The WFP’s office in Cairo said in statement that major portion of the Japanese contribution will be devoted to Yemen.
