Four civilians including woman and child killed in explosion of Houthi-laid IED

Four civilians of one family were killed in IED’s explosion planted by Iran-backed Houthi militia in Khawkha Coastal district southern Hodiedah.

Local sources said the Houthi-laid IED exploded when the family were driving in al-Mawshah area south of Khawkha district on Sunday.

The explosion resulted in the killing of four civilians of a family including woman and child and also wounding another women, according to medical sources.

Thousands of Houthi-laid mines and IEDs have claimed the lives of hundreds of civilians, mostly women and children.
