Several Houthi militants killed, injured in battles with army north of Al-Jawf

 A number of Houthi militants were killed and other injured on Monday in battles with Yemeni armed forces north of Al-Jawf province.

 The army backed by popular resistance men trapped a group of Houthi militants who were trying to advance toward army positions in Al-Khanjer front, northern of the province.

Brig. Gen. Hadi Hamran al-Ja’aidi told September Net that the Houthi group, which infiltrated, found itself besieged from all directions by army forces after ambushing it.

 Brig. Gen. Al-Ja’aidi said the army has inflicted significant casualties on the Houthi militia in life and equipment.
