Chief of the General Staff, Commander of Joint Operations, Lt. Gen. Saghir Bin Aziz, condemned in the strongest terms the cowardly terrorist attack that targeted a security point on Tuesday in the coastal city of Ahwar, Abyan province,  and resulted in the martyrdom and injury of 29 soldiers of the Security Forces.

“What happened today in Abyan is a cowardly terrorist act that is condemned in the strongest terms”, Lt. Gen. Saghir Bin Aziz,said on his Twitter account:

The Chief of Staff mourned the heroes of the security who were martyred while performing their national duty, wishing the wounded speed recovery.
