Army troops fully liberate several areas in Taiz

The national army forces have successfully liberated several villages and significant positions in the warfronts of Taiz city after violent fighting against Houthi coup militias on Monday.
Local sources told September Net that the army forces backed by Arab Coalition warplanes launched heavy attack against militias’ positions in al-Selw district, making new advance by retaking control over the villages of Alhood, Alzeng, Aldehar, Althadl, Thee Asaq, al-Akeebah, Alsharaf and the hill of Almanyah.
The source pointed out that the army forces seized medium and heavy weapons during the battles, adding that
dozens of militants were killed and injured in the clashes and coalition air raids while 3 others were captured by the army forces.
As for the western front, the army troops continued attacking the coupists stationed in Sharaf al-Aneen and Alsarahem areas of Gabal Habashi district, aiming to push Iran-backed Houthi militiamen out of the district, military sources said.
The source added that the Houthi leader, Asem Abdulraheem along with his escorts surrendered themselves the army forces during today’s fighting in al-Aneen area of Gabal Habashi district.
In the same context, the army forces engaged in heavy battles with the militias in Hethran area of Althabab front where the militias inflicted heavy losses in life and supplies.
September Net reporter said, the army forces managed to liberate Allozam hill after fierce clashes with Houthi militiamen eastern Taiz, where the latter inflicted three killed and many other wounded.
The Saudi-led Arab Coalition warplanes targeted today with several air raids militias’ sites, gatherings, vehicles and reinforcements in different positions of the city, leaving many killed and wounded in addition to destroying several vehicles and heavy weapons.
