Commander of the 35th armored brigade Brig. Gen. Adnan al-Hammadi, announced Tuesday that the army troops have managed to make further advances after sudden military operation on the the sites of militia in Selw district,Taiz province.

In a statement to “September net”, Gen. Adnan al-Hammadi said that the army troops managed to liberate the Minya hill and six more villages from the Houthi militia, in the countryside of Selw district.

“Al-Selw will be annouced a full liberated district in the few coming hours, and the liberation of Demant Khadir Directorate is our next priority,” al-Hammadi confirmed.

Gen. Al-Hammadi highly praised the role of Saudi-led Arab coalition warplanes that participated in the achieved victories through its accurate airstrikes on the Houthi militia.
