Army forces to fully liberate key district in the rebels’ stronghold, Saadah

War staff in the 7th Brigade of Border Guards, Colonel Hamood Hisham has confirmed that National Army forces are in full preparedness to purge Razeh Directorate, north Saadah, from the Houthi militia’s remaining pockets.

The Col. said in a statement to September Net that,” the vast territories of Razeh areas are under the national army control,” adding that operations will be resumed very soon as per the plan set by the political and military leadership in coordination with Saadah Military Axis.

“Houthi militia have desperately failed to retook some sites it had lost to the army in last two days”, he added.

More than ten elements of the insurgents were killed on Sunday night by coalition air raids.

National Army forces, backed by Saudi-led Arab coalition forces, have been laying blockade on the Houthis in their origin stronghold, Saadah. The blockade is part of a wide military campaign aimed to completely liberate the province from the militia.
