Commander of 22nd brigade, Brigadier General Abdu Mohammed Al-Mekhlafi said coming days would be full of victories and surprises for the army troops in al-Jawf province.

General Al-Mekhlafi pointed out that the advances made by the army in Barat-alanan are strategic for that district adjacent to Saadah province.

In his statement to September Net, Al-Mekhlafi said the progress of the army in Barat-alanan have made Houthi militias reckless in others warfronts, as they try to reduce the pressure on the area.

“The liberation of Barat-alanan means the arrival of troops to Saadah, and would cut off supply routes of militia to eastern axis that leads to Al-Aqbah front,” he said.
