National Army liberates positions from Houthi militia in Saadah

National Army forces in Saadah controlled new positions from Houthi militia on Wednesday in Kitaf district, northwestern the province.
In a statement to September Net, brigadier Thiyab al-Kabli, commander of 143rd Brig, said the army troops liberated the Hill of al-Fara’ and ‘Jenah Saqr’ in the north of the district.
Brigadier added that the army forces are besieging the putschists from three sides, amid violent battles have been taking place since the start of operations last Saturday.
At least 20 militiamen were killed and others wounded, while more 5 were captured by the army forces, said the al-Kabli.
Arab coalition warplanes also bombarded reinforcements belonging to the insurgents militia, destroying a number of armed vehicles and killing all those on board.
