The spokesman of the command of the Second Military Region Hisham al-Jaberi told the Defense Ministry’s news site www.26sepnews.net that the operation, dubbed as “the Black Mountains”, aims to track al-Qaeda elements in the northern parts of Hadhramout with support from the Arab Coalition forces.”
“The Operation was launched with a large military deployment … in particular in the areas of al-Haysar, Qarat al-Fors, al-Dhalleyah and Lebnah.”
