Taiz,,, Army recaptures district of Mawza from Houthi militia

National Army on Thursday has completely liberated the district of Mawza west of the city of Taiz, from the Iran-backed Houthi militia.

“Forces of the National Army regained full control of Mawza following fierce battles that left several putschists militia killed and injured,” a military source affirmed to September Net.

The source said that the members of the militia retreated and fled the battles after the army wrested back totally the district.

He pointed out that the Houthis witnessed majore collapse and setback among their line, while the army keeps making significant advancements the western front of Taiz province.
