National Army forces on Sunday managed to repulse fierce attack carried out by Iran-backed Houthi putschist militia in Al-Selwe district south-east the city of Taiz.

A Military field source said to September Net that, the army heroes confronted attack coincides with heavy artillery on its sites in Naqeel Al-Selwe following hours of fighting with the Houthi militia.

The source said that the army conducted intensive artillery bombardment targeting combat vehicles of the coup militia and crowds stationed at Al-Selwe junction,resulted in killing 7 militiamen, wounding dozens and destroying a combat vehicle.
