National Army on Friday succeeded in retaking strategic areas from the Iranian Houthi militias in Altohyta district south of Alhodaidah province, a military source said.

The source told September Net that the army managed to take over Almatenah and Alphaza areas as well as Zabeed junction ,advancing towards the center of Altohyta district.

The source asserted that warplanes, Apache and battleships of the Arab Coalition bombarded militias’ sites and reinforcements in Zabeed and Altohyta districts.

The ground battles and airstrikes inflicted the militiamen tens of killed and wounded in addition to large number of combat vehicles were destroyed.
