National Army troops supported by Arab Coalition aircraft continue battling the rebels Houthi militias western Taiz province, making significant advancements and inflicting the rebels major losses.

September Net reporter said that the army troops managed to retake control over several areas and positions in Makbanah district after a massive military operation aimed to clear the rest areas from the control of Houthi rebels.

Tens of Houthi militants were killed and wounded as well as several combat vehicles were destroyed during the battles.

In parallel, the war planes of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition actively took part in bombing militias’ sites and reinforcements in Al-Abdalah, Almanbr and Alhayakel areas of Makbanah front, resulting in the killing and wounding of 12 Houthi militiamen and destroying one mortar.
