National army in Saada province carried out on Tuesday a successful qualitative attack against the militia in Baqim district, inflicted the militia dozens of casualties.

In a statement to September Net, the commander of brigade 5th Border Guards, brigadier Saleh Qaroosh said that a special unit of the brigade conducted a sudden offensive on the rebel militia in the “Abwab Alhadeed” area, killing and wounding dozens them.

“A large quantities of weapons and ammunition, including RPGs and mortar shells and various types of land mine, were captured during the attack,” Qaroosh added.

He confirmed that the Houthi rebels are collapsing as their casualties increased and their positions continue to fell in the hands of the army forces.
