Twenty elements in the ranks of Iran-backed Houthi militias were killed and wounded Thursday during battles with National Army forces in Muris district in the north of Al-Dhale province.

Source on the ground said to September Net, violent fighting broke out as the rebels Houthi militias tried to attack the positions of the army troops in the area of “Yaees” north of Muris district, but were defeated and forced to flee.

Thirteen Houthi militiamen were killed and seven others injured in the battles, added the source.

The artillery forces of the army have shelled Houthi militias’ positions and gatherings in the areas of Nagd Alkareen, Madarah and Alhayafi, according to the source.
