Republican decree names Mohammed Al-Maqdashi new defense minister

A new republican decree has been issued naming Lt. Gen. Mohammed al-Maqdashi a new defense minister.

The decree named Maj. Gen. Abdullah al-Nakhee a new chief of staff and promoted him to the rank of lieutenant general.
