The national armed forces regained control over new strategic positions in Al-Buqa district in the northern province of Sa’ada on Tuesday.

Major Khaled Al-Namir said to September Net that the army forces in Alaez Brigade retook control of several strategic hilltops in the area of Alkhashabah northern Al-Buqa district.

The liberation comes after sudden attack by the battalion of Alektehsm led by Rashad Alharazi on Houthi militias stationed in several hilltops which has been called “the hills of the Captain Ashraf Al-Mrkhlafi” who martyred last week, Al-Namir added.

Scores of Houthi militias were killed and wounded and also a number of their combat vehicles were destroyed.
