Houthi rebels suffer major losses west of Marib
Yemeni army killed and wounded 40 elements of Houthi militia during clashes on Thursday in Marib province, northern the country.
The army launched surprised ground attack on the militia’s positions in Serwah, in the west of the province.
The offensive killed 10 rebels and wounded 30 others, and forced the rest of elements to flee the battlefield.
Iran-backed Houthi militia also suffered heavy losses in human and materials after the coalition’s air raids hit their reinforcements and fortifications in the same area.
