15 Houthi militiamen were killed today in clashes with the Yemeni Army in Sa’ada province, north of the country.

Brigadier Khaled Ma’roof, the commander of al-Asefa Brigade said a number of militia elements attempted on Saturday to sneak into the army-controlled positions in the north of Baqim district, north of Sa’ada.

He said the army thwarted the infiltration attempt, forcing the militia to retreat after killing 15 and wounding several others.
