MASAM clears Marib-Al-Jawf highway from landmines

The Saudi project “MASAM” has managed to clear the highway linking the provinces of Marib and Al-Jawf from Houthi-laid landmines that keep claiming the lives of civilians every now and then.
MASAM is part of a $40 million initiative by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
KSreliefsaid in a press statement on Monday that MASAM has cleared the 5km-long highway that had been closed over the past four years as a result of the large number of landmines planted by the Houthi coupist militia over the course of their war against the Yemeni people.
