The Saudi Project for demining in Yemen (MASAM), funded by KS Relief, removed 11 anti-person landmines, 851 anti-vehicles mines, 177 explosive device and 1980 shells during the second week of this January 2019.

All these landmines, explosive devices and shells have amounted to 2467.

The project demined 35,227 mines since commencing its activities in Yemen all have been laid by Houthi militia in lands, schools and houses in different fake shapes.

The mines left big number of victims, mainly children, women and old people.
