Houthis storm Bynoon Museum in Dhamar

Houthi militia stormed Bynoon Archaeological Museum and looted large mounts of artifacts on Saturday in Dhamar province.

Local sources said ” the rebel militia also looted the national library inside the museum and removed the symbolic figures of the glorious 26 September revolution, replacing them with the group’s sectarian slogans.

Director of Public  Authority for Museums Antiquities and manuscripts in Dhamar province held the Houthi militia responsible for tampering with Yemenis’ history and cultural heritage.
