Yemen’s Foreign Minister Khaled Alyemany told his Belgian counterpart Didier Reynders Houthis are avoiding implementing their part in the Stockholm Agreement reached with the government in Sweden last December.

He said that the rebel militia maintain their violations including by the refusing to allow a safe passage for humanitarian aid deliveries.

He said that the Houthis have to adhere to the international will by allowing aid, ceasing fire and lifting the siege they impose on the city of Taiz.
