Yemen participates in the Arab Youth Festival, which started on Friday in the Egyptian capital Cairo with a youth delegation of 24 young men and women.

The festival, organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports, will continue until February 28 to discover talents and promote Arab youth ties.

The head of Yemen’s delegation Dr. Lutfi Abdullah Hadi, was quoted by Saba News Agency as saying “the participation of Yemen in the festival came at official invitation of the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports and as part of completing the activities of Cairo, the capital of Arab culture 2018.”

The Youth of Yemen will participate in the fields of short films, television and radio correspondents, religious songs, poetry, short story and novel.
