Prime Minister Ma’een Abdulmalik has called upon Russia to pressure Iran and its vandal stooges to accept political solution and implement the Stockholm Agreement without breaking it up into smaller agreements and without foot-dragging.
In a meeting with the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Vershinin in Geneva on Wednesday, they discussed the UN efforts to broker peace and the Houthi backdown from their commitment to implement the Stockholm Agreement and withdraw from Hodeidah city.
They also discussed the humanitarian consequences as a result of the war triggered by the Houthi militia after they mounted the coup of September 2014.
