Yemen’s Cabinet has called upon the United Nations and its Security Council to take a clear and candid stance towards Houthi militia as they persist in obstructing the implementation of the Stockholm Agreement since they signed it three months ago.
In a routine meeting in the temporary capital Aden today, the Cabinet emphasized the government’s attitude in favor of an urgent and straightforward implementation of the UN-brokered deal.
Prime Minister Ma’een Abdulmalik briefed his government on the outcomes of the third High-Level Pledging Event for the Humanitarian Crisis in Yemen held on 26 February.
