Yemen, Lebanon discuss bilateral boosting trade relations

Yemeni’s ambassador in Beirut, Abdullah AL-Dau’es, on Monday discussed with Lebanese Minister of Economy and Trade Mansoor Betish the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries, enhancing cooperation between Yemeni and Lebanese businessmen and increasing the volume of trade exchange.

“Despite the exceptional conditions in our country, the difficulty in shipping and transporting goods, there are still a lot of Lebanese goods in the local Yemeni market, as well as agricultural products in the Lebanese market, although the percentage is lower than what is required,” Yemeni ambassador said.

In turn, the Lebanese minister stressed that his country readiness to provide the possible facilities for Yemeni businessmen,  strengthening of economic and trade relations between the two countries.
