Army retakes control of strategic sites in Qatuba, Al-Dhale

The national army forces on Friday launched several attacks on the positions of the Houthi militia on the fronts north of Al-Dhale province, during which it was able to liberate and regain control of areas and strategic locations.
After the attack, the army fought fierce battles in which it regained control of the strategic Al-ellala camp, amid a major collapse of the militia.
The fighting resulted in a number of deaths and injuries among the militia, as well as the destruction of a BMB vehicle and three combat cars, and the regain of two others and an ambulance.
In the context the national army forces continue backed by popular resistance in the meantime progress in Shakhab area west of Qataba district.
The army backed by the popular resistance forces defeated an attempted infiltration of the Houthi militia on one of the hill overlooking the Hamarat Al-Sada in the same district, during which about 13 Houthi elements were killed, including two snipers.
