Abductee tortured to death in Houthi prisons in Sana’a

Human rights sources in the capital Sana’a revealed the death of the abductee Zaid Ahmed Nasser al-Namshah due to brutal torture in the Houthi militia-run prison in Sana’a.
The head of the Alliance of Human Rights Organizations in Hajjah, lawyer Hadi Wardan said today that civilian Zaid al-Namshah, from the district of Kushar in Hajjah province, was torture to death in the militia’s prison in Sana’a, on Friday.
Wardan posted on his Facebook page that a Houthi militia kept Zaid al-Namshah in a solitary confinement where he was subjected to all kinds of torture until he died.
“The death of Zaid brings up the total number of citizens of Hajjah who died under torture inside Houthi militia’s prisons to 11 cases,” he added.
