National army managed on Sunday to regain control over new strategic areas in the northwestern province Hajjah.

The army liberated the villages of Sabea, al-Aukasheah and al-Kaeym in Abs district after fierce battles against Houthi coup militia.

Tens Houthi militants were killed and injured and also a number of their combat vehicles were destroyed during the fighting.
