President Hadi congratulates Russian counterpart on Victory Day

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi sent on Wednesday cable of congratulations to his Russian counterpart President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his country’s Victory Day.

The President expressed his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Yemeni government and people to president Puttin on this occasion wishing him welfare and more progress and prosperity for the Russian friendly peoples.
