Human Rights Minister discusses preparations for rights report in Yemen

Minister of Human Rights Mohammad Askar held a meeting with the government’s technical committee entrusted with preparing regular report on human rights in Yemen.
The meeting discussed preparations for government’s response on Human Rights Council’s recommendations on periodic review the government has reservations on it in the 32nd Round of the council’s group tasked with revising 70 recommendations last January.
The Minister confirmed significance of following up member bodies in the technical committee for preparing for responses to the recommendations and raising them to the cabinet for approval.
