At least 560 Houthi rebels killed during the past ten days in Al-Dhale province

More than 560 Houthi rebels have been killed and hundreds more injured during the last ten days of clashes with the national army in the southern province of Al-Dhale.
The army forces have also captured 60 militia elements, including 12 field leaders, forcing dozens to give up fighting alongside the militia during the same period.
The ranks of the Houthi militia have been witnessing a major collapse and setback due to the continuous losses in personnel and material following three weeks of fierce battles with the national army forces.
The fighting is still ongoing, as the Houthi rebels try to make field advance but all its attempts failed and thwarted by the army forces.
The Arab Coalition also contributed significantly in wearing down the Houthi militia’s personnel and material in the province, killing a number of its field leaders and destroyed dozens of combat vehicles and equipment.
In retaliation, the Houthi militia has been targeting with various rockets and shells the populated areas and civilians in the province, including women and children. The rebel militia this week killed six members of one family including two children, by heavy rocket shelling of against residential villages, north of Al-Dhale; the shelling also caused huge damages to the houses of the villagers.
The snipers of the militia also killed an old women, in the same week, in Al-Azarik, west of the province. The militia carried out large scale kidnapping and storming campaign is several region in the province.
Moreover, the Iran-backed rebels looted and sabotaged scores of buildings, the most recent of which was looting the contents of Al-Al-Salam hospital in Qataba town, north of the province. While large number of citizens were kidnapped to unknown places after the militia elements stormed Al-Hasha district and raided houses in it, causing a terrible feeling among women and children
