The National army forces liberated on Monday strategic areas in the west of Al-Dhale province. .

The army regained control over Lakmat Makhdoush area and al-Safra hilltop after clashes against Houthi militia.

The clashes resulted in the killing and wounding of several Houthi militants and also destroying a number of their combat vehicles.

For its part, the Houthi insurgents shelled civilians’ houses in the area, causing injuries among the residents.
