National army ambush Monday killed 12 Houthi militants in Al-Oud area north of Al-Dhale province.

17 Houthi elements were also captured in the attack in the same area.

The militants were killed and captured after army forces trapped a number of militia elements as they tried to sneak into the army sites in Sameh and Al-Kafalah north of Qatabah district.

Other militia elements tried to reinforce the besieged group, but were targeted by army forces before reaching the area of confrontation.
