A woman was killed and another injured on Saturday after a mortar shell fired by Houthi militia landed at their house in Qataba district in Al-Dhale province.

A local source told September Net that the Iran-backed Houthi militia fired indiscriminate artillery shells against civilian houses in Shakhab village, northwest of Qatabah, and one of the militia’s shells fell on the house of Abdul Malik Naji Mothana, killing one woman and wounding another woman, as well as fully destroying the house.

The source said this was the most recent crime of Houthi militia which has been daily targeting civilians and houses with random bombing and sniper shooting, killing and wounding dozens of civilians in some districts of Al-Dhale provinces.
