Houthi militia on Wednesday targeted civilians in south of Hodeidah, leaving dead and injured including women and children.

Residents told September Net that the rebel Houthi militia shelled civilian houses, with mortar shells and machine guns, in Tohaita district south of Hodeidah.

The Houthi bombardment left civilian casualties among them women and children, the residents added.

Iran-backed Houthi militia continuously attack civilians and populated areas in different districts of the Hodeida, as result,  dozens of unarmed civilians have been killed and wounded mostly women and kids
