King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center has said that the WFP’s recent suspension of food aid distribution in Sana’a had been expected given the “Houthi heinous acts of theft and embezzlements” of the aid.
In a statement, KSrelief said it had demanded during meetings with UN officials and through press releases for setting a limit to the inhumane Houthi handling of humanitarian aid and treatment of aid operators.
The militia “disrupts their work and loots, destroys and resells the aid.
KSrelief said the only ones affected by this Houthi conduct are the needy Yemeni people.
