Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia has been seizing medicine shipments bound for dialysis patients in Ibb province central the country.

The Houthi militia has preventing the arrival of four medical aid trucks coming from Aden, loaded with solutions for the Dialysis Center at Al-Thawra General Hospital in Ibb.

The trucks are being held by the militia in the courtyard of the Customs Authority in the area of “Maitam.

The militia is demanding large amount of money in return of releasing the four shipments.
