National army forces thwarted on Sunday two infiltration attempt by the Iran-backed Houthi militia towards Hays town in the south of Hodeidah province.

A group of Houthi militia elements attempted early Sunday to advance in the direction of several military positions north of “Bait Ghazi” region in Hays town, but the national army foiled the attempt and forced the militants to withdraw after they suffer killed and injured.

The army forces prevented another infiltration attempt by the militia west of the same district.
