At least 8 Houthi elements killed during clashes with army troops in Taiz

At least 8 Houthi militants were killed on Wednesday during clashes with army forces in the southwestern province of Taiz.

The clashes erupted after the Houthi rebels attempted to sneak into army’s positions in the east of Taiz city, but their attempt was repelled and they were forced to flee.

More than eight Houthi militiamen were killed and more injured during the clashes.
