National army forces launched violent attack against the Iran-backed Houthi militia in Al-Jawf province, on Sunday.

The large-scale offensive targeted positions and gatherings of the Iran-backed Houthi militia in the fronts, located between Al-Jawf and Sa’ada provinces.

The attack was led by Governor of Al-Jawf- Commander of Military Axis- Maj. Gen. Ameen Al-Aukaimi.

The militia suffered killed and injured and heavy losses in combat materials during the fighting that is still ongoing.

The clashes coupled with heavy artillery shelling and air strikes by the national army and Arab coalition bombing the sites where the coup militia stationed in the same areas. As result, a number of militia elements were killed and injured, as well as several of their weapons and combat vehicles were destroyed.
