Reactivating Yemeni-Algerian health, development cooperation discussed

Yemen’s Ambassador to Algeria Ali al-Yazidi discussed Friday with Algerian Minister of Health and Population Dr. Mohammad Mirawi reactivating protocol cooperation signed between Yemen and Algeria in health and development domains and training in health field.

Ambassador al-Yazidi valued Algeria’s support to Yemen in field of training and health qualification.

He reviewed political, economic and health deteriorated situations Yemen is going through over Houthi coup against the government and the militia’s rejection of implementing UN resolutions on Yemen and Stockholm Agreement peacefully.

He touched upon Houthi militia’s violations against human rights in Yemen and plundering capabilities of the state, in addition to looting relief aid, selling them in black markets and banning relief workers from doing their humanitarian and relief work as demanded.

For his part, the Algerian Minister showed his ministry’s willing of training Yemeni students in health field.
