National army liberates strategic sites northern Sa’ada

Under the command of president Hadi, the national army forces backed by Arab coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen liberated on Saturday several strategic sites in the north of Sa’ada province after fierce battles against Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia.

Brigadier Mohammed al-Baheli said to September Net that the national army regained control over the strategic sites of al-Hangar and al-Sood hilltops in Baqem district.

“The army troops managed to cut off the Houthi’s supply line which leads to the center of Baqem district,”he added.

Brigadier al-Baheli confirmed that a number of Houthi militants were killed and injured and also a number of their combat vehicles were destroyed.
