Houthi militia resumes artillery shelling in Hodeidah

The Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia on Saturday, resumed its artillery shelling on the town of Hays, south of Hodeida province, in the west of the country.

Local sources told September Net that, the militia randomly bombed populated areas, in the city of Hays, causing widespread shattering in property of citizens.

The sources added that a number of Houthi’s artillery shells landed on a cemetery in the town.

The Houthi rebel militia continues to violate the UN-truce in Hodeidah, targeting by artillery shelling populated areas aimlessly and causing civilian casualties, including women and children, as well as causing serious damage to the homes of citizens.
