Chief of General Staff meets British Military Attaché to Yemen

Yemen’s Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Abdullah Al-Nakha’I met Tuesday with the new British military Attaché to Yemen, Colonel Paul Fox.

Efforts have been made by legitimate government’s to bring a permanent peace based on the three terms of references and implementation of international decision 2216 was key focus of General Al-Nakha’I conversations with Col. Paul Fox.

Gen. Al-Nakha’I praised the British role that supports Yemen’s security, stability, unity and its constitutional legitimacy.

Crimes perpetrated by the Houthi militia against civilians was also discussed in the meeting.

For his part, the British military attaché reiterated his country’s support for the security, stability and unity of Yemen and its constitutional legitimacy, represented by His Excellency President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi.

The military attaché at the Yemeni Embassy in Riyadh, Brig. Gen. Yahya Alynae attended the meeting.
