The Saudi Project for demining in Yemen MASAM removed 752 Houthi-laid landmines in the fourth week of September,

The project MASAM unearthed 8 anti-personnel landmines, 182 anti-tank landmines, 560 UXOs and 2 explosive devices.

Over the past year MASAM managed to remove 91389 landmines planted by Iran-backed Houthi militia in farms, schools and populated areas.

Large number of civilians, mostly women and children, were killed or injured by Houthi militia’s mines.
